Amalia Alchammas

Amalia Alchammas is a final-year law student at the University of Leicester, building on the analytical foundation of her BSc from the University of Calgary.

About Amalia

Amalia is deeply committed to advocacy, access to justice and empowering individuals through accessible legal knowledge. She champions these values as the Director of a student-led pro bono organization, having advanced from her previous role as Legal Advisor.

In those roles she has led legal research and public legal education initiatives, and collaborated with professionals on community-focused work.

Beyond law school

Amalia is an active mentor who is passionate about community engagement. In her free time she enjoys travelling, experiencing new cultures and spending time with loved ones as she prepares for a meaningful, service-driven legal career.
